COMMON QUESTIONS

Q: I HAVEN'T WORKED OUT IN A WHILE - DO YOU OFFER ANY BEGINNER CLASSES?

A: Our regular scheduled classes can be scaled to any athletes fitness level! Our highly-experienced coaches are here to help assist you and get you as comfortable as possible, as quickly as possible. Whether you're 350lbs with a bad knee or 28 years old and in the best shape of your life, our classes can be scaled to your current fitness level.

Q: DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING?

A: Yes. If you would feel more comfortable training in a 1-on-1 setting, a session can be scheduled with any of our coaches. Coaches rates will vary.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A PLACE FOR ME TO CHANGE?

A: Yes. We have 2 bathrooms/changing rooms.

Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

A: We have everything you need! But, we recommend newbies wear a comfortable pair of shoes and bring a re-usable water bottle. And a positive attitude… Bring that too!
